Gardening: Landlord provides professional, weekly landscape maintenance services and automated irrigation. 5. Renters Insurance - Tenant is required to carry and maintain renter's insurance for the duration of the lease. Tenant must maintain renter's insurance throughout the lease and provide proof prior to move-in and upon renewal. 6. Air Filters: Landlord provides replacement HVAC filters.
