Smoking is not allowed inside the property, and any violation will result in a $250 per day charge. Parties are not allowed, and a zero-tolerance policy is enforced with a noise monitoring device. Guests must declare pets when booking, and breed restrictions may apply. All persons staying overnight must be accounted for on the guest list. Guests are required to verify identity prior to accessing the property and must have a working phone number for emergencies. For long-term stays (28 days or longer), guests are required to complete a criminal background check and a $500 trust and safety hold/charge, which will be refunded 3-5 days after checkout. Payments processed through the platform are subject to a standard 3% payment processing fee which is non-refundable. The home includes WiFi access and a Smart TV for entertainment in every room.
