Guests may be asked to provide a copy of their government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, provide a valid credit card, pass through a verification portal, and potentially complete a criminal background check for stays of 28 days or longer. Guests must check out on time; a $50 fee will be charged for being 30 minutes past checkout, and a full night's rate will be charged for being 2 hours or more late. Smoking is not allowed inside the property; a $250 per day fine will be charged if caught smoking. No parties are allowed, and a noise monitoring device is used; zero tolerance for noise levels beyond normal conversation. Lost door keys or remote fobs will incur a $150 replacement fee. All persons staying overnight must be accounted for on the guest list. Violations of house rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refunds. Guests are not allowed to order mail/packages to this location for privacy reasons, though exceptions may apply for long-term stays. A 3% payment processing fee charged by Stripe is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or refund. A $500 trust and safety hold/charge will be refunded 3-5 days after checkout for long-term stays (28 days or longer).
