The building has access to a coin-operated washer and dryer onsite. The apartment is available for move-in around mid-September, 2026. This is a 3rd floor apartment. Landlord pays water, sewer, and trash, tenants pays electric and gas (stove/hot water). This apartment has electric baseboard heat throughout. Tenants are responsible for any window air conditioning units needed. No smoking is permitted. 12-month+ lease terms are available. $1,395/month with $1,395 security deposit due at lease signing for qualified applicants. Cats are acceptable for a $30 monthly fee per pet plus a $250 non-refundable application fee, no dogs permitted. Parking is available through Bethlehem's North Street Garage within one block from the apartment. The owner will consider a 1-year credit of garage parking fees ($840 applied to final month of lease) with a longer-term lease (18-month lease minimum required for parking credit to North Street Garage, subject to no availability in owner's lot).
