If multiple names are to be on the lease then each will need to complete check Require 2 weeks for initial checks to clear before occupation, unless cash or very specific cashier check requirements are met (Incl. in person meeting at bank to acquire check.) All deposits, last month rent, etc... collection will adhere to Kirkland rental law, discuss with landlord for any questions or details.
