The building is in a vibrant neighborhood with fantastic restaurants, multiple performing arts venues, the Capital One Arena (Wizards and Capitals), and multiple world-class museums, all within a couple minutes' walking distance. It is a prime location for walking to work and provides direct subway access to DCA and IAD airports as well as Union Station. The building's gym and lobby have both recently been renovated, and there is a pool on the rooftop, a party-room, and other shared amenities in the building.
