Renter's Insurance is required. If Tenant fails to provide proof of Renter's Insurance, they will be required to pay $15/month Liability to Landlord Insurance fee.
Lease Terms: 1 year lease. Shorter terms will only be considered at a higher rent. Security deposit is equivalent to one month's rent.
