First and last month's rent due at signing. An additional damage deposit will also be collected at signing. No smoking or vaping of any kind allowed in the apartment and adjoining facilities. No animals of any kind allowed in the apartment or home. Outdoor animals must be penned up or on a leash as per Barren County law, unless in the presence of its owner. Water and electricity are furnished by the owner for the first 6 months, then fees apply based on consumption and utility rate increases. central heat and air are shared with the owner so renters must be a good compatible fit. Renter agrees to vacate the property immediately if they violate the " no animals allowed in the apartment or home" lease agreement. Renters are responsible for maintaining a clean yard and cooperating with mowing service. No cigarette buts or trash on the ground. Cable and wifi available for a fee.
