Recent tenants put a bed in the living room, so that is what you see in one of the pictures. Bed has been removed but left those pictures in the media section of this listing. Living/dining room combination has thick wall-to-wall carpeting with sofa and chairs. All carpeting will be professionally before you move in. Building very well constructed so one rarely hears sounds from any other condo. Free forced hot-air heating and central air-conditioning included. Also included are water, sewer, refuse pickup.
