Available for long term and short term rentals. A winter seasonal term from November 15 through April 15 is the ideal term for the winter season. It would be $5k per month which includes utilities. The max amount of people is 4 - if there is 4 total then landlord would want to surcharge additional for the extra utility usage roughly ($150-$200) each month. The landlord is wanting first and last month's rent paid upfront and the security deposit would be one month's rent. You will get the security deposit back upon move out as long as there are no major damages outside of regular wear and tear. Please note the 12 month term base rent will increase as we enter into winter season. If the 12 month term begins in the summer months then the base rent will be $3.5k.
