Lease terms

- Renter is responsible for all utilities electricity, water, sewer, and trash collection. - NO SMOKING IN HOME - $200 non-refundable pet fee - $25 monthly per pet fee - Deposit is one month's rent ($1000) - professional carpet cleaning required upon moveout. (with deodorizer if tenant keeps pets) -Rent due on the 1st of the month -%10 late fee if rent is not paid before the 5th of the month -Renter is responsible for all lawn care and maintenance. - $1000 deposit, must be paid in full before the signing of the lease - First months rent and deposit must be paid in full before move in date. - All renters on the lease must retain renters insurance starting on the first day of the lease, and must be maintained throughout the entire duration of the lease. - No motor vehicles of any kind may be parked in the yard - All individuals living in the residence must qualify via backgorund. - All individuals living in the residence must be included on the lease - Maximum amount of individuals and pets at the residence are at owners discretion. - Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. - Any unauthorized activity that does not adhere to the lease is grounds for eviction.
