Upstairs features three bedrooms and a full hall bathroom. The primary bedroom includes two spacious closets for extended-stay storage. One bedroom includes a Twin XL bed and work-from-home setup. The garden level offers a cozy second living room with TV and reading nook, a second workspace, the fourth bedroom with an attached 3/4 bathroom for added privacy, and a full-size washer and dryer. The home also includes a chest deep freezer in the garage, a fully fenced backyard with outdoor seating and grill, and two driveways for easy parking. Family-friendly touches include children's books, board games, kid-friendly dinnerware, a highchair, potty-training toilet, step stool, and baby gate to make everyday routines simple and familiar. Pets are welcome with approval (maximum two pets; dogs up to 55lbs). Utilities, lawn care, and routine maintenance are included. Utilities are included up to a reasonable monthly allowance based on typical occupancy. For stays of six months or longer, guests may place utilities in their name. Tours are scheduled after basic screening and stay details are confirmed.
