Lease terms

* Tenant is responsible for all utilities, including electricity, water, gas, trash, cable, and internet services. * **No smoking** is permitted inside the townhome, garage, patio, or anywhere on the property. * No vaping or use of electronic smoking devices is permitted on the premises. * Renters insurance is required prior to move-in and must be maintained throughout the lease term. * Tenant is responsible for maintaining the property in a clean and sanitary condition. * No subleasing or short-term rentals are permitted without prior written approval from the landlord. * Pets are subject to landlord approval and may require a non-refundable pet fee and/or pet deposit. * Security deposit and first month's rent are due prior to move-in. * Applicant must meet income, credit, rental history, and background screening requirements. * Lawn care and exterior maintenance provided by HOA * Property is intended for residential use only and shall comply with all HOA rules and regulations, if applicable.
