Quiet two bedroom, two bath home on three acres in Loyalton, California.… Located in the pine trees with no neighbors on either side, this is a tranquil spot in the woods. Perfect for nature and outdoor lovers, located near miles of forest service roads, campgrounds, and lakes. The house is two stories with one bedroom and bathroom downstairs and another located upstairs. Downstairs there is an open living space and the kitchen was recently remodeled, with a separate rock room sunk into the hillside for extra storage that stays cool all year. Upstairs the bathroom has a heated floor and there is a sun room off the master bedroom with a door to the rear deck. Below the house, the detached one car garage has another deck, a tool shed, and a huge attic that is perfect for storing all of your camping and outdoor gear. Utilities are included (water and high speed internet) except for electricity. The house has no central heat, but there is a kerosene furnace with a 150 gallons of fuel that is on a thermostat and a wood stove. One cord of pine and one cord of oak have already been split and stacked near the house to keep you warm all winter long.
