There is a closet for storage, as well as plentiful drawer space. The kitchenette offers a coffee maker, microwave, convection toaster oven and air fryer, Instapot, a conduction burner, full size fridge and all of the cooking supplies you could desire to create fabulous meals. There is a new and comfortable queen bed, as well as a coastal and fun feel throughout the furnishings offered. We have a large backyard for your friendly doggie who gets along with other doggies and people. We are looking for a minimum 1 month lease and preferably a 12 month lease for this cottage. We accept friendly cats and dogs that are well mannered, any size, as we have a large fenced in shared yard. Pet charges apply. We have a super friendly 85 pound lab mix breed who loves all dogs and people, the yard is shared with the front house. Included are all of your linens, towels, beach towels and anything else you may need to make your stay comfortable. We also offer a Roku TV that you may sign into any apps you have, like Netflix, etc, and very fast wifi. We are also very conveniently located off of 1st Avenue south, 2 blocks from the Pinellas Trail, which is a bike trail that can take you directly east to downtown St. Pete within 20 minutes, to the beaches within 15, and you can ride the trail all the way to Dunedin. 2 bus and 2 trolley routes are also within 3 blocks if you desire to utilize the great bus system here. We are within a 5 minute drive to two different beaches as well as a 15 minute bike ride to Treasure Island and St. Pete beach. We have a fully fenced and secured yard that we will all share. There is a side gate for you to use to enter and exit the property, as your cottage is contained safely behind the fully fenced yard. There is plentiful street parking right in front of the main house. Although there is not a washer and dryer onsite, we offer two options for your convenience. There is a coin operated facility 3 blocks away or a pick up and drop off service that is wonderful that is very affordable and will pick up and drop off the next day, folded and washed, $1.89 a pound weighed after folded and dried. We love them! We are open to other pets, depending on the situation. About us: I am a trained chef turned teacher, avid world traveler and extrovert.
