It's a wonderful neighborhood, one block from Princess Del Cerro park, and zoned for great public schools (Hearst Elementary, Lewis Middle School, Patrick Henry High School). We have solar panels and a 240V Electric charger in the garage, appliances included and notable for brand new washer/dryer. New HVAC and whole house fan. 4 bedrooms/2 baths downstairs with 1 large bedroom/bath with walk in closet upstairs. Can be used as dual master or we have used the upstairs as an office/game room. The balcony off the second floor has beautiful sunset views. Photos from Zillow are from 10 years ago, but reflect the kitchen, upstairs and yard accurately. New front door and the downstairs has been painted and modernized. Both downstairs bathrooms have been remodeled. I included photos of the remodeled downstairs master bedroom and bath. We love our friendly neighbors and would like to find a nice family to enjoy our home!
