The Property is on Beechmont Avenue, with easy bus service. #30 bus goes past the property. Bus #24 is a short walk up the street. Small animals will be considered, but with strict guidelines. This is with additional animal application and upon acceptance additional animal security deposit. $1200 per month, plus $1200 security deposit.
