Application process: - Non-refundable application fee for credit and eviction checks, every adult 18 years or older must apply and pay $48 (paid with credit card at time of application). - We accept the following methods of payment: checks, Zelle, housing vouchers (CHA), money orders and Venmo. - Good credit is a must, minimum credit score of 720 TransUnion regardless of your payment method listed above - Clean eviction record, no bankruptcies, no late payments. - Proof of income (ex.: work alimony, retirement, investment or trust funds, housing vouchers, or other sources of income) - Good prior rental references needed (current and previous locations) - No security deposit - Tenant pays for gas, cable, phone ad electric bills, owner pays water bill. - In-unit washer and dryer. - Non-refundable move-in fee of $700 + 1st month's rent to move in, additional pet move-in fee of $100 applies. - Additional pet rent of $50 per month, either 1 dog or 1 cat maximum. 20 lbs. weight limit. Non-aggressive breed only please. - NO SMOKING of any kind allowed in the building.
