Lease terms

Available beginning August 1, 2026. Seeking a 9-12 month lease but open to shorter-term arrangements (minimum 6 months) for qualified tenants. Lease renewal options may be available upon mutual agreement. Tenant is responsible for electricity, gas, internet/cable, and any applicable municipal utility charges. Landlord is responsible for water, sewer, and garbage service. Cats only. Maximum of two cats permitted with landlord approval. Non-refundable pet fee of $250 applies. Move-In Fee: In lieu of a security deposit, a non-refundable move-in fee of $750 is required for leases of 9 months or longer. For leases shorter than 9 months, a non-refundable move-in fee of $1,000 applies. Renters Insurance: Proof of renters insurance is required prior to move-in and must be maintained throughout the lease term.
