A travel crib, baby high-chair, and self-inflating twin bed kit can be provided free of charge upon request. An additional crib, high-chair, or bed costs $25 per stay, and a baby stroller can be provided free of charge. Please request these items ahead of time to guarantee availability. Perfectly located on the outskirts of downtown Salt Lake City, this home offers easy access to dining, shopping, and both Salt Lake City's and Park City's ski resorts. It's within walking distance of downtown and the convention center, and just down the street from beautiful canyons and ski resorts. Trolley Square, a unique shopping center, is a few blocks south, and the historic avenues section of town is a block north. The University of Utah campus is about a mile east, and downtown Salt Lake City is a few blocks west. A bus stop is located right around the corner, and it's 2 blocks from the Trax (light rail) station. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed inside the house; if smoking outside, ashes must be disposed of properly. Failure to comply with smoking rules will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit and potential cleaning fees. The fireplace is for decorative purposes only. Guests are responsible for unclogging any toilets or pipes, with a $100 fee for Homeowner assistance. Outdoor hot tubs are not permitted past 10 PM, with a $250 fine for violations. Children under 18 require adult supervision in hot tubs, and children under 8 are not allowed. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by pets, including extra cleaning fees and potential replacement costs for carpets or flooring. Excessive pet noise may result in forfeiture of damage deposits or eviction. Guests are responsible for all personal property and agree to indemnify the homeowner against any claims for damages or injuries. Homeowner is not responsible for the operability of fences or gates. Guests release the homeowner from any claims for injuries or death sustained on the property. Homeowner will make an effort to shovel snow and apply ice melt during snow or ice storms, but guests may need to clear paths themselves.
