Come home to a wonderful 2 bedroom, 1 bath condominium! 1 month FREE rent! It is a ground floor, front unit of a fourplex, so it only has one wall in common with neighbors, no one above you or below you. It really feels like its own little cottage. Relax in a roomy living area with generous windows to let in the sun. Gather your friends around the stone fireplace, and then dine with them in the adjacent dining area, which has space enough to comfortably fit a table and 6 chairs. Enjoy cooking in an efficient kitchen, which features newer gas stove, generous fridge, dishwasher and enormous pantry. All these areas are floored in laminate, so it looks like light hardwood flooring, ready for your rugs. The two bedrooms are both big enough to fit queen beds, and one has a very generous closet (11 feet long!), while the other has a more typical 5' closet. Both are carpeted in beige carpet. The bath is tiled in white, with interesting patterns and has oak accents. BTW, the photos, while nice, don't really do the place justice. There is a carport for one car and has a 4'Wx4'Dx8'H storage closet as well as two huge storage bins (approximately 10'Wx4'Dx4'H each). The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. There is easy access to Hwy. 80, shopping and bus lines. The unit is half a block away from a pool which serves under 100 condominiums (I've never seen it crowded) , so you can cool off conveniently in the heat of summer. I will accept a small pet with good references (for the pet) from a current landlord. No smokers. The rent is $1600 -- but owner pays garbage, sewer, and water up to $30/month. These total about $110/month, so you need to ask other owners what utilities they cover to compare prices. To qualify, you need to have: - no evictions, EVER - good rental history, including references, for 3 years - evidence of stable income for 3 years - income of at least 3 times the rent, plus your debt payments (like car or student loans) - to have always paid all utilities on time and in full I do not accept co-signers.
