This is a quiet, 1030sf ground-floor condo in a very chill complex. Well-shaded in the summer and boasts a wood-burning fireplace for the winter.… Greatroom-style dining and living room means it's good for hosting, and bedrooms separated from one another gives a sense of distance if you're WFH (or if you have a roommate).
