We need more than it provides. Thanks! Rental requirements: 1. Rent is $1,385.00 month. This includes yard services (mowing, edging, weeds in between concrete cracks). 2. Security deposit of $2,077.00 payment in full & 1st month's rent. 3. Requires a minimum gross income (before taxes) of $4,847.50 a month. This gross income amount can be met with more than 1 person who will have to sign the lease as well. 4. Application fee $65.00 for each adult on the lease (defined as 18 years or older). 5. Perfect credit is not a requirement. 6. All verifiable income is accepted, proof of income is required. 7. Must have at least 6 months stable, verifiable employment with current employer. 8. No dogs. 9. No evictions & good tenant history required. 10. No arrests or criminal records. Filling out an application will require you to provide the following: - Original Photo ID with a clear copy for our records. - Provide 3 of your most current paycheck stubs and/or other income, such as disability, social security, etc., & your last year's income tax documents.
