Laundry too! Plus I have a lovely large terrace with treetop views, flowers, and hummingbirds! You would be sharing the flat with me, a professional, non-smoker, quiet. I'm in Brentwood, right next to Santa Monica (the neighborhoods all run into each other in LA) two blocks from Whole Foods, Starbucks, shops & restaurants. We're right next to Santa Monica, near Wilshire & the 405, less than a mile from UCLA, West LA, and Westwood, 15 minutes to Culver City, 20 min to Beverly Hills, 20 minutes just over the hill to the Valley (Warner Bros, etc) in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath Condo on an upper floor. 30 day minimum stay.
