We love our home and are heartbroken to have to rent it out. The garden makes it particularly special. You can entertain, enjoy the outdoors , host kids parties, have your personal cherry blossoms, veggie patch, etc... without having to give up the convenience of living centrally in the city. The house is very well suited for young families. Short walk to various good schools, supermarkets, playgrounds, restaurants, bars and cafes.
The work commute is easy. Takes me under 20 mins to cycle downtown, or 5 mins to the Petworth metro station. Parking on the block is very generous.
