Fully furnished turn-key rental available for a soft landing in DC. Rentals of 1 to 24 months considered. Longer stays preferred. All utilities; gas, water, electric, and WIFI, are set up. Cost is an additional flat rate of $250/mo. Small dogs are CONSIDERED. Sadly, we can't host cats. No smoking anything. Departure cleaning fee (this is a furnished home) is paid upfront or deducted from security deposit at end of stay. We vet guests through Zillow, credit report, background check, proof of employment and income, photo ID. We work with government per diems. International and military renters are welcome, we have the Military and Diplomatic Clause in our Lease.
