Lease Term -A minimum one (1) year lease is required. -Lease start date and end date to be agreed upon and stated in the executed lease agreement. Maintenance & Yard Care -Tenant is responsible for routine maintenance of the yard, including mowing, edging, and general upkeep. -Tenant is also responsible for keeping the driveway and sidewalks clean and free of debris. -Failure to maintain exterior areas may result in corrective action or charges, as outlined in the lease. Occupancy & Guests -All occupants aged 18 and over must be listed on the lease and approved through the application process. -Guests may not stay longer than fourteen (14) consecutive days without written approval from the landlord or property manager and being added to the lease. -Unauthorized occupants are considered a lease violation. Pets -Pets are allowed upon approval only. -A $250 non-refundable pet deposit is required per approved pet. -Breed restrictions, size limits, and additional pet terms may apply and must be approved in writing prior to move-in. -Unauthorized pets are a lease violation and may result in fees or termination of the lease.
