This furnished home is welcoming as soon as you step in the front door. The first floor has a bedroom with on suite bath and a Queen size bed. There is a spacious living room and the kitchen which overlooks the pool. The second bedroom is located upstairs and has an on suite bath and a Queen bed. Step out the back door to a larger pool and a fenced yard. There is an outdoor shower and laundry located in the rear shed. We would allow one small dog. This is a one year lease. There is a credit/criminal check required. We do not require renters insurance but suggest it.
