Here is our Pet Policy: -2 pets per apartment -nonaggressive breeds -100 lb. weight limit -$20 a month pet rent -$250 nonrefundable pet fee To request our approval, you must provide a photo and a detailed description of the pet, including type, breed, name, age, color, city/license number, date of last rabies shot, weight. You must also provide the name and telephone number of your veterinarian. We cannot accommodate the following breeds, dogs resembling these breeds, or mixes of these breeds: Akita, Presa Canario, Dobermans, Pitbull's, Rottweilers, Chows, or Staffordshire Bull Terriers / American Staffordshire Terriers.
