Tenant agrees that no smoking of any kind is permitted inside the unit or within 25 feet of the property, including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, and marijuana. One small trained dog under 25 lbs is permitted with a non-refundable pet fee of $100 and proof of vaccinations required before move-in. Tenant is responsible for all pet damages. No flammable materials, illegal substances, or hazardous materials are permitted on the premises at any time, and all smoke and carbon monoxide detectors must remain functional throughout the lease. Tenant is responsible for all electricity and gas. Rent is due by the 1st of each month and a $25 daily late fee applies after the 5th. First month rent and security deposit are due in full at signing. Tenant must park only in their assigned parking space at all times.
