The room is $1,250/month, plus approximately $100/month for gas, electric, and Wi-Fi. The condo is 966 sq. ft.… and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, so you would have your own private bedroom and bathroom. It's in a really nice, quiet community with a pool, hot tub, tennis courts, green spaces, and a community garden. There is also plenty of parking, and I have a one-car garage that I primarily use for storage. The second bedroom is currently being used for storage, which is why it may look a little different in the photos. Everything can easily be moved out before you move in. I own the condo, so I'm looking for someone who will treat it like a home and be respectful of the space. I'm easygoing and definitely don't expect everything to be spotless 24/7, but I do really value someone who is considerate, communicates well, and naturally keeps shared spaces clean. The room is available immediately, and I'm open to different lease lengths depending on the situation. I'd ideally love to find someone who is looking for a longer term home, but I'm happy to discuss shorter term arrangements as well for the right person. I'm flexible on move in timing and can work with the right roommate's schedule.

I'm 26 and a preschool teacher here in Boulder. I grew up here and love being outside, skiing, art, plants, playing guitar, hiking, and generally staying busy.
