This is a tight knit community of 31 townhomes. Since these are all individually owned units the people living in the community are neighbors. It is important to foster community and make sure everyone is welcome here, so if you choose to become a resident please do not hesitate to reach out via Slack and/or say 'hello' in the parking lot. Our community is along the 832 Bus Rapid Route that runs down Manor Road to the Mueller, UT Campus, and Downtown. Manor Road is also a protected bike corridor with amazing e-bike, e-scooter, and walking connections to other famous neighborhoods like Windsor Park, Mueller, University Hills, and Cherrywood. I have taken my bike to UT in about 20min.. The community also has amazing local restaurants within walking distance like Hanks (brunch/burger Monday's), Little Deli (Pizza and Rubens), Mum Foods (BBQ), Talisman Coffee, Mi Trailita (Mexican), Pupuseria Santa Elena (Salvadoran), and SH Donuts (Classic donut/kolache shop).
