The house is a charming Tudor on a nice tree-lined street a short walk to the College Hill business district. The house is an easy 15-minute drive to UC or Xavier, and 20 minutes to downtown. It's a very good house if you work from home, as there are many common rooms with comfortable places to work or chill, which include a living room, TV room, dining nook, and study. It's also good if you're new in town and are looking to make new connections. Bedrooms are all roughly 12x13 plus a closet, and are unfurnished. The common areas are fully furnished, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Utilities included; flexible move-in date.
