This is the den/3rd (large) bedroom. Again, not my best photo taking, but this spacious room has sliding glass doors to the back patio and has a view of the backyard. Original owners used this as a den. We always used it as a bedroom :)

Lease terms

Renter is responsible for water, electric, gas, any internet or cable, etc. No smoking is allowed. Security deposit is happily returned if there are no damages to the property, but it is not to be regarded as "last month's rent." Renter must keep owner informed or any damages to property that need to be repaired or needs such as plumbing issues so they can be addressed. Renter must keep owmer informed of any changes to contact information (cell # change, etc). Renter is responsible for lawn maintenance so that the city of Richardson (which is a little picky) has no reason to send a complaint about lack of yard maintenance. Regarding our pet policy, we know that people love their pets, and we want to accommodate, but we reserve sole discretion in deciding which pets are allowed based on our conversation (based on caution because of past unfortunate occurrences). We'll talk ;) Basically, we treat you how we would want to be treated, and we simply expect the same from you. **An important thing for you to know is that we've owned this home for many years and will not be selling for many years. So, there is stability for you in this home. :)

Freshly updated, charming, 1955 home with original hardwoods throughout. Original 50's blue tile in hall bath in excellent condition and SO pretty. All rooms in this home are spacious, including the kitchen which has a breakfast nook with a window to the yard. Detached 2-car garage. Original chandelier (which I love!) in dining area. Abundant, beautiful new windows give lots of natural light. Most all of the plumbing is recently replaced to updated PVC plumbing (a really great thing in a mid-century home). It's a peaceful, pleasant neighborhood with lovely neighbors. The laundry area is at the end of the large kitchen which has lots of (white) cabinetry and white/black granite countertops. The glass-top electric stove is pretty new as is the dishwasher. Neither a refrigerator nor a washer/dryer are in the house, so you'll need those. The back bedroom was originally used as a second living area ("den") but it has a closet, so it can be used as either second living area or third large bedroom; it has a new sliding glass door to the covered back porch, and from it you have a view of lovely crepe myrtle trees and a stately oak tree. There are a pecan and pear tree in front. It's an easy walk to Richardson Heights Shopping Center (Beltline @ 75). I used to LOVE walking there when I lived in this house! :) Haystack Burgers, Alamo Drafthouse, Halfprice Books, and tons more! Also it's an easy walk to the local elementary school.
