I am looking for long term tenants. Parking is free in front of the house (fits 2 cars easily). All utilities are paid by the tenants. There is no washer and dryer. I prefer no pets at all. The previous tenants had pets and almost destroyed the house. I had to do extensive renovations after they moved out. Will be good if you obtain renters insurance.
