Walkable to highly anticipated new restaurant Big Cat and Person Street district. This is a corner lot with driveways for parking on both sides of the house, and one has a carport. Absolutely no smoking inside. Renter pays for utilities (gas, water/waste disposal, electric). Lawn maintenance can be negotiated into the total monthly fee if the renter prefers not to maintain. Renter must accept service people entering home a few times a year to maintain the HVAC systems and water heater. Pets are welcome with a $1000 deposit (will be returned if home is in same condition after lease is up) plus an additional $100 per month.

"The Blue and Yellow" house on Brighton is conveniently located just a couple miles from downtown Raleigh and has easy access to I-40, I-440, and U.S.… 264, North Hills/Midtown, and Capital Blvd.
There are hardwoods throughout except tile on the bathroom floors. The kitchen is spacious, has granite countertops, and Samsung appliances (dishwasher, also). Beside the kitchen area is an open concept dining space for everyone to spend time together during meal prep and dinner, either at the table or the kitchen island. The property boasts a very large primary bedroom with adjoining full bath and a large closet. The primary bedroom also holds a Samsung washer and dryer, but these can be removed if renter has their own. There are two additional rooms with a shared full bathroom. There is a coat closet and two narrow "hall" closets.
Outside there is a large front yard and a fully fenced back yard, which means your fur babies can get their zoomies out safely. This is a great area to walk your dogs, too! Pretty days will allow you the opportunity to meet your neighbors walking their dogs or pushing strollers. The Capital Area Greenway is also a short bike ride down Millburnie. The house is situated on the corner of Brighton and Hartford, so there are two driveways to choose from, one with a carport and a longer one without, which can hold multiple cars.
