Small (460 square feet) updated unit. I own the adjacent 1700 sq foot house, and it ha been a rental since 2014. I have lived in this house being offered. Laminate flooring, faux wood blinds decent interior paint, back yard with small gas grill. Washer/dryer outside works great. 8 x 10 storage bin emptied except for lawnmower and yard tools. A/C is by window units work well and cheap on utilities. Shower and new vanity in bathroom. The space started life as a garage, but has been updated a few times. . $1200 montly..$500 deposit. Water included. 90 per cent furnished unless you want some or none of furnishings. Ideal for single person, off the street parking, good location in West Bradenton, 39th and Manatee...Please no smoking and if smoke outside, corral your butts.

About the building

I am a retired physician and have held rentals for the past 30 years.… I live locallly and will attempt to attend to any issues that occur with the rental. In essence, this is a duplex, with a small family occupying the larger house. One major issue, through the years, has been one house infringing on the space of the other. I will attempt to keep the peace, so please any issues, contact me. There is an attic but most of the space will be filled by some of my possessions. The storage bin will hold any items necessary for yard maintenance. I will leave a small car, covered and placed at the back of the property The rest of the back yard is yours, for a gardening, storage bbq-ing, or just chilling.
