Enjoy the enormous and luxurious screened-in private porch with a gas fireplace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views. All clean linens, including bedding, kitchen, and bath towels, along with extra blankets, are prepared for you. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. Entertainment includes a Smart TV with personal sign-in for any streaming service. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience. An indoor fireplace provides warmth on chilly northern Ohio nights.
A grill with utensils for grilling is available, and an outdoor fire pit is perfect for s'mores and storytelling. A hot tub overlooking Lake Erie is open year-round.
This lakefront oasis is the perfect spot to unwind, located just 4 miles from the GOTL strip. You have your own yard overlooking Lake Erie, but please be mindful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours.
Quiet hours are observed from 11pm to 7am. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, and any violation will result in immediate departure with no refund and a documented negative review. Events and parties are strictly prohibited, and any evidence of a party or large gathering may incur an extra cleanup fee. Early check-in or late check-out can be accommodated for a $25/hour fee with at least 24 hours' notice. Any uncleaned vomit or blood will result in a $100 charge. Guests from the local area are unable to be hosted unless profiles are fully complete with a minimum of 2 five-star reviews. All guests must have a complete profile with a verified ID and profile picture. All guests on the reservation must be included in the total number. Any damaged property must be reported to the host.
