Business Owners / Self-Employed: Must have a verifiable business with an active online/internet listing, OR provide the last 2 years of business tax returns, which will be verified by a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Please Note: We do not accept unearned benefit letters or income documentation issued under a third-party name as a primary source of verification. Rental History: Absolutely no prior evictions or landlord-tenant disputes will be considered. Smoking Policy: Strict NO SMOKING allowed anywhere inside or on the property. BACKGROUND & CRIMINAL HISTORY EVALUATION Permanent Disqualification: Automatic denial for any conviction involving the illegal manufacture/distribution of a controlled substance, or any offense requiring lifetime sex offender registration.
