NO SMOKING/VAPING/Illegal Drugs INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE HOME - Nowhere on the premises is there to ever be smoking/ vaping/ or marijuana or any other illegal drug or the landlord will keep the entire deposit as well as the renters will agree they must immediately vacate the property.
