SHOWING REQUIREMENT: NO APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED SIGHT-UNSEEN. All prospective tenants must personally view the property prior to submitting an application. In-person showings are required. RENTAL REQUIREMENTS (STRICT / NON-NEGOTIABLE): We do not accept Comprehensive Reusable Tenant Screening Reports ("PORTABLE") as defined under RCW 59.18. No open collections (including utilities or payday loans) 11. No active bankruptcy proceedings 12. No late payments within the last 24 months All application fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
