Renewal: Following the initial term, the lease converts to a month-to-month agreement unless a new long-term lease is signed. Notice Period: A written 60-day notice is required prior to the lease end date regarding your intent to renew or vacate. Rent & Fees Rent is due on the 1st. Late Fees: A $75 late fee will be applied if rent is not received by the end of the 5th day of the month. Security Deposit: $2650 due at signing.
