Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and smoking and vaping are not permitted on the property. Pets are not allowed. Guests must be 25 years or older to rent the property. The thermostat should be set between 66-85 degrees. Violation of any house rules may result in removal from the property without a refund. Smoking violations or evidence of indoor smoke smell will result in a minimum $250 remediation fee. In case of pet violation, a pet fee of $100 per pet per stay applies.
