Private garage parking is available for guest use, and additional guest parking spaces are located in front of the home. Pets are not allowed, and a pet fee of $100 per pet per stay (or per month for stays longer than 28 days) applies in case of violation. Professional shoots for video or photography can be requested for an additional fee.

Quiet hours are observed from 8 PM to 8 AM. Smoking is not allowed indoors or on the rooftop patio, with a designated outdoor smoking area located 15 feet away from the property. Smoking violations or evidence of indoor smoke smell will result in a minimum $250 remediation fee. No pets are allowed, and a pet fee of $100 per pet per stay (or per month for stays longer than 28 days) applies in case of violation. No parties or events are allowed, and noise levels must remain below 80 decibels at all times; guests will receive automated text notifications for noise violations. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Guests are required to complete a secure Guest Check-In Form prior to check-in to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Children and adults under the influence of alcohol are not permitted to operate the elevator. Maintaining the AC temperature between 68-80F is recommended, as setting it below 68F may incur additional technician fees. Guests must bring their own cleaning supplies, toiletries, and kitchen ingredients. Linens for pull-out sofas are not automatically supplied and must be requested in advance. Violation of any house rules may result in removal from the property without a refund.
