Townhouse is in excellent condition. It is an end unit. Stackable washer and dryer are provided. Being an end unit there is no occupant on one side and in over 20 years I have never heard a sound in there from the adjacent unit.
The interior has a nice flow from the kitchen out to the eating area and into the family room. The kitchen, family room and eating area have high ceilings and 2 sky-lights provide some natural interior lighting.
Loft style: One bedroom and bathroom are upstairs, from where you can view the most of the space downstairs. 2 off street parking spaces. One bedroom and bathroom are downstairs in the back of the unit when looking at it from the front. You can get a great idea of the lay-out from the 3-D tour.

There is a small backyard with a shed for additional storage. There are some HOA restrictions - but they are all reasonable in my opinion - I provide the HOA rules and regulations as part of the lease... no renters have had an issue with these in over 20 yrs of renting this property.
Pets (dog and/or cat) are permitted but no exotic pets are permitted. Dogs must be a breed that is not typically considered to be a dangerous breed. Im pet friendly and flexible in that area.
