Weight room and club house open year round. For a family of four expect to pay around $135 monthly in water and trash costs. Gas and heating generally runs around $60 a month. In winter this price can easily double. If you are not charging cars electricity generally runs around $135 a month if AC is at 76 during the day and 71 at night.
