NO SMOKING OF ANY SORT OR BURNING INCENSE OF ANY SORT INSIDE OF HOUSE! Minimum 1 year lease agreement. Small number of pets okay. No farm animals allowed as pets! Tenant responsible for mowing and edging grass along with once every two month AC filter replacements. Pool generally open May 25th to Nov 1st. Weight room and club house open year round. For a family of four expect to pay around $135 monthly in water and trash costs. Gas and heating generally runs around $60 a month. In winter this price can easily double. If you are not charging cars electricity generally runs around $135 a month if AC is at 76 during the day and 71 at night.

Good hard working family oriented neighbor hood with next to no crime and strong police present. DO NOT SPEED on Gettysburg Blvd in subdivision! Police are always out in force radaring.
