ALL INCLUSIVE newly renovated studio in the walk-out basement of our house in Florence, MA on a quiet cul-de-sac. We live next to a conservation area so there's plenty of wildlife (especially birds-there's a great blue heron rookery at the end of the st-and turtles, fox and beavers). The conservation area also has walking trails, as well as hiking at the Mineral Hills Conservation Area close by. The studio includes recently purchased washer and dryer as well as recently purchased kitchenette, flooring, appliances and bathroom. There is also a portable apartment-sized dishwasher that we've put on a rolling cart and can be easily hooked up to the kitchen sink and then rolled out of the way. There is recessed lighting throughout on a dimmer, but it can also be shut off if you prefer lamps. Full sized range and bathroom. As we are in a woodsy area, the studio stays nice and cool in the summertime. Electric for heating powered by solar panels is included. We will accept cats but unfortunately can't take dogs. A storage area is also included in the studio (extra 45 sq ft). There are two off-street parking spaces. The path to and from the parking area and your front door is well lit by outdoor lighting. We are only 10 minutes to both downtown Northampton and Easthampton. We are friendly people who take care of our property inside and out and are looking for the same in a tenant(s).
