Lease terms

**Tenant Responsibilities Tenant shall be responsible for all utility services associated with the property, including, but not limited to, electricity, water, sewer, trash collection, internet, cable, and security system monitoring. Tenant shall maintain the premises (inside and out) in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition and perform routine maintenance and upkeep as required under the terms of the lease agreement. **Washer and Dryer A washer and dryer is provided for the Tenant's convenience and may be used during the tenancy. However, these appliances are provided in their current condition, and the Landlord shall not be responsible for the repair, maintenance, or replacement of the washer or dryer in the event of malfunction or failure. **Renters Insurance Renters insurance is not required; however, tenants are strongly encouraged to obtain coverage for their personal property and liability. The Landlord shall not be responsible for any loss of or damage to the Tenant's personal belongings due to theft, fire, water damage, natural disasters, or any other cause. **Pest Control: Landlord shall provide and be responsible for routine pest control services for the property.
