A past tenant easily created an at home office space living room combo. I live upstairs but I travel for work, so it will feel like you have the whole house most of the time. The massive porch is an exceptional amenity and is set back from the peaceful street. It is an easy walk to All Day Darling, Sista's, Nine Mile and Tall Johns! Not to mention all of downtown in just a 7 minute walk away. I am flexible on the pet, but it depends on the pet. There is one off-street parking spot, and some basement space.
