Spacious 2bd, 1 bath in the ABC district. 10 min walk to downtown Park Ave. 2 min drive to Wegman's. This is a downstairs unit in a duplex with individual laundry in the basement. Basement has a ton of storage as well as your own attic space, which has half the square feet of the apartment itself. There's a butler's kitchen, as well as a walk in pantry. The kitchen itself has a lot of cabinet space. It however does not have a dishwasher, but the sink is large and worked great for us. We've lived here for 1.5 years and have enjoyed our time here but are moving out of state, so this would be sublease. The landlord has been very kind and accommodating and is also very prompt in responding to any issues we've had (which have been minimal) with the apartment. It has a detached garage and long driveway that can fit one vehicle per apartment. A very nice back and front yard with plenty of room for plants and gardening. 1 small pet is negotiable. No application fee but an application and credit score is required. Owner pays trash and water so you'd just be responsible for electric and gas. Great front porch with a good view of baby bunnies and fireflies!
