Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 08:00. Guests are asked not to rearrange the furniture. Any damage or malfunction should be reported to the host immediately. This property is managed by a SW Florida-based company with a 24/7 call center, reservations manager, and guest services manager. It is best to have a vehicle as Bonita Springs is a large metro area. This property is about a 30-minute drive to Fort Myers Int'l Airport. This is a self-check-in property with a coded door code that gets changed between reservations and is only active during your reservation times. Early and late check-outs can be accommodated upon request, if available. You will receive the codes to check in once full payment is received, two weeks prior to arrival. Guests can choose either a $50 non-refundable damage fee or a $1,000 refundable hold to cover accidental damage during their stay. This payment is collected after booking and before check-in.
