This apartment is directly across the street from Washington University, you walk out the door about 15 to 30 second walk to campus. It is a 7 room apartment, 3 bedroom, kitchen ,bath, family room and an extra room. Fenced in back yard, with parking pad, also parking in front, washer and dryer hookup, I pay sewer, water, trash, and upkeep of yard and snow. The rent is split by students and utilities.
